Welcome to the text messaging service provided by JC13 Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By opting in to our text messaging service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Consent
By providing your phone number and selecting the applicable opt-in checkbox, you consent to receive the types of text messages you selected from JC13 Solutions LLC at that number. Service-related messages may include account and appointment updates. Marketing messages may include promotions and offers. Marketing and service-related consent are collected separately. Neither checkbox is required to submit an inquiry, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
2. Opting in
To receive text messages from us, provide your phone number and affirmatively opt in through our website or another communication channel that presents the applicable consent disclosure. You may choose service-related messages, marketing messages, or both using separate, optional checkboxes.
If you have previously opted out and wish to opt back in, reply START or sign up again through the applicable opt-in process.
3. Opting out and getting help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation acknowledging your opt-out request, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your text or data plan and any charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JC13 Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our text messaging service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Messaging program and user consent
This messaging program is designed for clients who want to book an appointment through our online scheduling system or receive information about our services. Depending on your selected consent choices, messages may:
- Follow up and assist with booking an appointment.
- Confirm scheduled appointments and send timely reminders, such as 48 hours, 24 hours, or 2 hours before an appointment.
- Notify you of important service-related or account updates.
- Share promotional messages, limited-time offers, and marketing announcements relevant to services you expressed interest in, only if you separately opt in to marketing messages.
After opting in, you receive a text confirming your enrollment. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to the sending number. We will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again using the applicable opt-in process.
